Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) contained in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), goods and services supplied by Vintage Giveaways (ABN 57 152 886 792) come with statutory consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

Major Failures

If a service supplied by Vintage Giveaways has a major failure, you are entitled to:

• Cancel the service contract; and
• Receive a refund for the unused portion of the service, or compensation for its reduced value.

A major failure may include (but is not limited to) a service that:

• Is substantially unfit for its intended purpose and cannot be remedied within a reasonable time; or
• Does not match its description in a significant way.

Digital Products (Including Wallpapers and Digital Content)

All digital products sold by Vintage Giveaways are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.

Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, it is considered used and cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of digital content. This includes, but is not limited to, downloadable wallpapers, digital files, and digital membership benefits.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Major Failures

If a failure with goods or services does not constitute a major failure, you are entitled to have the issue remedied within a reasonable time (for example, repair, replacement, or correction of the service).

To allow us to resolve issues promptly, customers must first contact our support team.

If Vintage Giveaways is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to:

• A refund for the affected goods;
• Cancellation of the service and a refund for any unused portion; and
• Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss resulting from the failure.
• Note that Vintage Gear does not come with Warranty.  Any items supplied that are new, will come with manufacturers warranty, provided it is clearly stated that there is Warranty on the item. (See Warranty section on Menu)
