Warranty & Condition of Prizes

Prizes may consist of new or pre-owned items. Unless expressly stated, Vintage Giveaways does not provide any warranty on prizes. Any manufacturer warranty (where applicable) is passed to the winner and may be subject to location-based restrictions or validity limitations.

Where a prize is pre-owned, collectible or vintage music equipment, it may not be covered by any manufacturer warranty. These items are supplied as-is to the extent permitted by law.

This does not affect any rights under Australian Consumer Law. Winners are entitled to consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, but no additional warranties or servicing obligations are provided by Vintage Giveaways.
